Guest Speaker: Mike Naig Iowa Secretary of Ag
Iowa Secretary of Ag Mike Naig has been active in agribusiness for over 13 years, serving in public policy roles for state and national trade associations and in the private industry. Mike served as the Iowa Deputy Secretary of Agriculture under Bill Northey since September 2013. In this role, Mike was responsible for the operations of the department’s policy, budget, and personnel. Mike is committed to leading efforts to protect consumers, expanding economic opportunities for Iowans, and advocating in Iowa and around the globe on behalf of the hard-working men and women who keep us fed and fueled.

Founder of AdFarm
Kim McConnell is the founder and former CEO of AdFarm, one of the largest agriculture marketing communication firms in North America. Kim has led national and international marketing projects for major food and agriculture companies. In 2012 he was inducted into the Canadian Agriculture Hall of Fame.

Myron Stine proudly supports the family business by providing direction in marketing strategies and sales force infrastructure for Stine Seed Company. Myron understands the importance of working hard and developing relationships. With a background in crop science, sales and marketing, Myron has worked his way up through organization, from starting his career on the family farm to serving Stine as a district sales manager, regional sales manager, national sales director, vice president of sales and marketing, and now as president of Stine Seed Company. Myron holds a B.S. in crop science from McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas.
