Wood-Fired Science

Digital Controller manages the internal temperature by controlling the fuel and oxygen supply to the firebox.
Auger Motor turns the auger which feeds pellets into the firebox.
Heat Rod ignites the pellets and a combustion fan keeps them burning.
Combustion Fan and auger motor are micro-adjusted and variable-speed, allowing you to keep your grill and food at the temperature you set.
Firebox is Venturi-style to create the ultimate wood-burning fire, circulating pure hardwood smoke and flavor throughout the grill.

12V Direct Power

The new standard in outdoor BBQ provides for more safe and efficient power consumption, faster startups, and greater pellet fuel economy.

Better temp control. The three principles of great BBQ are temperature, temperature, and temperature. We micro-adjust the variable-speed fan and auger motors to keep your food at precisely the temperature you set. Get outstanding results every time you grill.
Greater fuel economy. GMG’s proprietary algorithms control the fuel and oxygen supply to the firebox.
